Ingredients

  1. 2 bunsPav :
  2. 1Onions medium finely chopped
  3. 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste -
  4. 1/2 cupTomato puree-
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder -
  7. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  8. 1 tspPav bhaji masala -
  9. 1 tspOil -
  10. as neededCoriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil. Put ginger garlic chilli paste.

  2. 2

    Add finely chopped onions. Saute and cook till onions are tender.

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree.
    Add all dry masala. Mix well and cook for a min.

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup of water. Let it boil. Now cut 2 halves of buns.

  5. 5

    Dip in masala gravy. Mix gently so that all masala should coat on buns.

    Take out in serving dish and garnish with onions and coriander.
