Add tomatoes and salt as required, saute till tomato get mushy.

Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix it well.

When oil starts separating you add minced meat and cook till it becomes soft and tender. Preferably cook in oil without adding any water till it becomes soft.

When meat is cooked add garam masala and pav bhaji masala. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Next take the pan and make a slit. Apply butter on both sides. Place it on tawa till it turns light brown.

You can break an egg while making kheema to make kheema bhurji pav. Decorate it with mint and boiled eggs. Kheema pav bhaji is ready to eat.
