Prepare and bake chocolate cake recipe as directed on box.

Remove from oven. And poke holes all over the cake. I used a wooden spoon end

Drizzle can of condensed milk all over cake.

Drizzle generous ammount of hot fudge and caramel evenly over cake

Put in fridge over night.

Top with container of whip cream (Cool Whip) Drizzle hot fudge and caramel and sprinkle with Heath candy bits.
