Boil the quinoa and flavoring package amount in a 6qt pot of water for 20 minutes, stirring constantly and then strain. This makes the quinoa a nice edible texture. Let cool. (a chef gave me this technique for great quinoa)

While the quinoa is boiling, saute the crabmeat in the butter and garlic for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Let cool.

When cooled, add the ingredients to the quinoa. Just before serving, top with lime zest. Delicious!
