Grease your baking tin, and dust it with flour. Mix bananas and milk, and blend well and set aside. Remove skin from the already pan fried Saltless groundnuts, break them using a mortar if you wish or just your hands, set aside.

Sieve your flour, and ginger, and set aside.

Mix sugar and oil, add in eggs and mix well.

Add flour and mix, in one direction. Add the banana-milk, mix well. Alternate the flour with the banana-milk mixture.

Pour the batter into the baking tin. Now spread the groundnuts evenly and generously on top and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
