For gravy fry 2 onions and tomato and then grind it smoothly. There after for masala roast some dry spices and then grind it with ginger and garlic.

After frying onion add the grinded masala and stir fry till the oil gets separated. Add the onion tomato puree fry it properly. Add salt and then add water.

Put some grated paneer for more taste. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Serve with hot paratha.
