Take a big plate or bowl add maida, salt, kalonji seeds, ghee,

Mix all very well

Make a tight dough by adding little by little water, cover it and keep a side 1/2hr. For rest.

Now make a small small balls, take a one ball roll it about 5 - 6cm in diameter

Fold it and make a triangle apply water on the corners, seal it with help of fingers. prepared all the papadi like that.

Now heat enough oil in kadai for frying, add 3 or 4 papadi and fry them on low to medium flame till it become light golden brown in colour.

Contain in air tight container.
