Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgRava roasted
  2. 2large onion
  3. 1 spoonginger paste
  4. 1 bunchcoriander chopped
  5. 3green chilli
  6. 4 tablespooncooking oil
  7. 1chopped carrot
  8. 1 tablespoonurad dal
  9. 1 tablespoonChana dal
  10. 1/2 teaspoonmustard
  11. 1 tspFew curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First take a kadhai add oil in it. After oil gets hot add urad dal, Chana dal, curry leaves and allow mustard to break. Now add onion chopped, green chilli cut into two, chopped carrots, ginger paste and coriander leaf. Put double the water for rava. Add salt and let the water boil. After 5 min add your roasted rava slowly. Slim the gas. Cover it with lid,For 5min. Your yummy upma ready
