Blend your pepper, tomatoes, and onions together set aside in a sauce pan put some vegetable oil stir fry the minced meat to make it crispy. Add the blended tomato mix, spice, seasoning cubes, salt and stir fry

Grate the tofu and add to the sauce continue stir frying taste for salt. Leave for about 3 minutes and its ready to serve.

Enjoy with rice or any food of choice
