Wash the Kheksi 2-3 times in water and drain and cut in lengthwise

Heat the mustard oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds and Chopped green chilli and saute for a few seconds now add Kheksi in it and mix it well

Now add salt and mix it well now cover with the lid to let Kheksi get cooked on low flame

Now remove the lid and cook the Kheksi with out lid now add chopped onions and saute for a few seconds now add all masala like turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and red chilli powder and mix it well nicely

Keep stirring and flipping kheksi slices on low flame so that they will get nice golden colour and crispness evenly now finally Kheksi stir fry is ready to serve with dal-rice, plain chapathi and plain paratha
