Put the cleaned potatoes in a sufuria and add water. Let the water cover the potatoes.

In the sufuria, add the garlic, ginger, Rosemary leaves, salt, turmeric powder and bring them to boil for only 5 mins

Strain the water from the potatoes

In a separate dry sufuria, add the cooking oil and let it be hot enough for frying the potatoes.

Check if they are ready and crunchy.

Serve, garnish and enjoy 😊
