Ingredients

  1. Peeled potatoes
  2. Clean water
  3. 3/4 tablespoonturmeric powder
  4. 1-2 tablespoonRosemary leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 clovesgarlic crushed/ chopped
  7. Ginger (optional)
  8. Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the cleaned potatoes in a sufuria and add water. Let the water cover the potatoes.

  2. 2

    In the sufuria, add the garlic, ginger, Rosemary leaves, salt, turmeric powder and bring them to boil for only 5 mins

    Strain the water from the potatoes

  4. 4

    In a separate dry sufuria, add the cooking oil and let it be hot enough for frying the potatoes.

  5. 5

    Check if they are ready and crunchy.

  6. 6

    Serve, garnish and enjoy 😊
