Ingredients

15 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. Cava to taste (preferably brut) and Cointreau
  2. Gin to taste
  3. Optional: fresh orange juice to taste
  4. For garnish:
  5. Red and green maraschino cherries to taste
  6. Orange slices to taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large pitcher, combine the Cointreau and gin, then mix. Add the well-chilled cava, followed by the cherries and orange slices.

  2. 2

    Prepare everything ahead of time, but add the cava just before serving so it stays very cold.

    You can add a splash of peppermint liqueur for an exotic touch if you like.
