This sangria is absolutely delicious, especially served with rotisserie chicken and plenty of black pepper. Enjoy it nice and cold—so, so tasty!

In a large pitcher, combine the Cointreau and gin, then mix. Add the well-chilled cava, followed by the cherries and orange slices.

Prepare everything ahead of time, but add the cava just before serving so it stays very cold.

You can add a splash of peppermint liqueur for an exotic touch if you like.
