Steps

Make paste thick like photo

Now drain the water and wash with cold water

Divide it into three parts two parts put on wet cotton cloth

Make fold of cloth put a pan on gas with 2 glass of water when it boil

Add fold cloth of paste after 5 minutes remove the cloth cook it approx 10 mins.

Drain the water and wash the pieces with cold water cut it into small pieces

Mix the curd and third part of paste with the hand blender.

On the gas place a kadhai add ghee when it hot add hing jeera and mirchi

Add paste of curd and dal and all spices

Stir continuously other wise it forms thick add pieces of moongdal

Cook it 10 minute serve hot with roti enjoy it

Curd should be some sour other wise add some lemon juice

Many times curd turns sour in taste then we used it to make kadhi
