Ingredients

  1. 10-15Badam (make it powder)
  2. 2 cup and 10 cupDosa batter rice and urad dal grinded with salt for taste)
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. Handfulcoriander leaf chopped
  5. 2green chilli sliced
  6. 1 tablespoonChanadal
  7. 1/2 teaspoonmustard
  8. 1 tablespoonurad dal
  9. as neededLittle curry leaves
  10. 1Pinchsalt (there is salt in batter already
  11. as neededTomato sauce
  12. as neededOil or ghee for frying and making utapam

Cooking Instructions

    First make Badam powder.. Keep it aside. Take a pan Put f oil. Add mustard seed, urad dal, Chanadal curry leaves. Let it become brown. Now add chopped onion,chopped coriander, sliced green chilli fry well till onion golden brown.

    Now put the content in the batter mix well. Now make mini dosa. Slowly turn it both the sides and put Badam one side close the utapam. Decorate it with tomato sauce. Healthy yummy south Indian Badam utapam ready.
