Mix in all the ingredients except the flour.

Stir the mixture while SLOWLY adding in flour until the mixture is no longer very Sicky and resembles dough.

Leave the dough to rest for 15 to 29 minutes.

Roll and cut the dough into donut shapes. Make sure it is not too thin. Then fry them until their golden brown.

For the GLAZING, seive flour and cocoa powder.

Add in vanilla extract and milk, and stir until the mixture is liquid like or pourable.

Drip the glaze on to the donut.
