Heat oil and add chopped onion and fry it till translucant then add ginger garlic paste and saute it to remove raw smell of ginger garlic paste.

Add kheema and cook it on low flame till it's water is released. Then again cook it till it becomes dry.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become soft. Then add all powdered spices and mix well. Cover the cooker and cook it.

In another vessel take little oil and fry the potatoes till half cooked. Remove and keep aside. Parboil the rice and drain it.

In a vessel spread some rice then spread cookex kheema on it add potaoes and fried onions too. Layer the left over rice on the top decorate with fried onion and cover the pot and cook it on slow flame for half and hour. Ddcorate with boilex eggs.
