Checkered Cookies
Simple cookies with the best of both flavours.
Steps

Make a basic cookie dough base. Mix everything in except the cocoa powder and choc chips.

Split the dough in half. In one half mix the milk chocolate chips. In the other half mix the cocoa poder well, then mix in the white chocolate chips.

You need to get each half in a square or rectangular shape that is exactly the same size. I used two identical tupperware containers.

Pop in the fridge for half hour to harden.

Take out the fridge and place on a chopping board. Chop as evenly as possible.

Pre heat the oven to 180 fan.

Place 4 cubes on a non stick baking tray, with same colour in opposite corners. Smudge the edges together with your fingers.

Repeat for all.

Place in the oven for 11 minutes.

Take out and let cool before eating.
