In a bowl, add all purpose flour and salt, mix it. In the middle of bowl add sugar, dry yeast and water, rest it 5 to 10 minutes.

Mix it and knead a soft dough. Add ghee and knead again for 2 minutes. Cover it and let it rest in warm spot for about 2 hours or until it's doubled in volume.

When the dough has risen, transfer it to a floured surface and punch out the air. Then roll it into a cylinder and divided it in 2 equal parts.

Take one of the balls of the dough and roll it out to a circle.place it on greeced baking tray. Put some pavbhaji in the center of the circle and the remaining creating another circle around like a donut shape.

Roll out the other part of dough exactly the same way. Cover the first circle and pavbhaji with the second circle and pinch the sides with your fingers.

Place a small bowl or glass over the central pavbhaji. Using a sharp knife cut the stuffed dough in to equal 16 slices.
Turn them upside sothat it resembles the shape of sunflower. - 7
Now cover it and let it rest for another 1/2 hours. Brush it with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bake it in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes on 180 degree.
