  8. 100 mlwarm water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, add all purpose flour and salt, mix it. In the middle of bowl add sugar, dry yeast and water, rest it 5 to 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Mix it and knead a soft dough. Add ghee and knead again for 2 minutes. Cover it and let it rest in warm spot for about 2 hours or until it's doubled in volume.

  3. 3

When the dough has risen, transfer it to a floured surface and punch out the air. Then roll it into a cylinder and divided it in 2 equal parts.

  4. 4

Take one of the balls of the dough and roll it out to a circle.place it on greeced baking tray. Put some pavbhaji in the center of the circle and the remaining creating another circle around like a donut shape.

  5. 5

Roll out the other part of dough exactly the same way. Cover the first circle and pavbhaji with the second circle and pinch the sides with your fingers.

  6. 6

Place a small bowl or glass over the central pavbhaji. Using a sharp knife cut the stuffed dough in to equal 16 slices.
Turn them upside sothat it resembles the shape of sunflower.

  7. 7

Now cover it and let it rest for another 1/2 hours. Brush it with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

  8. 8

Bake it in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes on 180 degree.
