2thick slices of Beef off a joint
1Large Onion
1Large Tomato
5/6small (Charlotte) Potatoes
Oil for frying

Steps

Roughly cut Onions, start to cook with a little oil in a wok or saucepan.

Cut Beef and Potatoes into cubes and add.
3

Slice tomato into strips and add. Cook gently, covered with a lid or piece of foil, until everything is soft and cooked!
