Cut brinjal and potatoes into round shape and fry it

Make a paste with onions, tomato and garlic

Take a pan put 1 tbsp oil add paste and saute it for 5-6 minutes

Now add all spices.mix it well

Now add fried Brinjal and potatoes. Saute it for 2 minutes

Tasty fried Brinjal, potatoes is ready

Serve with chappatti and lassi
