Ingredients

  2. 10beans
  3. 1capsicum
  4. 1/2cabbage
  5. 2potatoes
  6. 3onions
  7. 1/2 cupCoconut
  8. FewGreen chillies
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  10. As requiredOil
  11. 1 tbspSambhar masala
  12. As per taste Salt
  13. As per tasteRed chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsp Haldi/Turmeric
  15. 1 tspDhaniya powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar add coconut, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, 2 onions and grind it well.

  2. 2

    Take a cooker put oil, onion until little fried.Take the grinded part into the cooker and add all the remaining vegetables, salt, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, salt, Sambhar masala after 3 whistles, your sagu is ready pack it with dosa.
