  • Tomato paste
  • Parboiled rice
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion
  • Fresh ginger
  • cubeSeasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour oil in a pot add ur tomato paste n blended scotch bonnet n onions.stir fry on low heat

  2. 2

    Add water add seasoning cube,salt n grated ginger allow 2 boil.

  3. 3

    Add ur parboiled rice n allow 2 boil for 3mins reduce flame n allow 2 steam until done.
