Cheese masala omelette

In a pan saute heat oil and ginger-garlic paste, capsicum, onions (both finely chopped) and boiled corn kernels.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tandoori masala and salt. Keep aside.

In a bowl beat 2 eggs and add salt.
- 4
Heat oil in a pan/tawa and spread the prepared vegetable mixture.

Add the beaten eggs. Sprinkle some oregano on the top. Cook properly.
- 6
Flip the omelette and add grated/cheese. Again sprinkle oregano on the top. Cook till the omelette is ready.
