Place the evaporated milk in a bowl and leave it in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Do not let it freeze completely.

Add the honey and vanilla extract, and beat well with a mixer until it becomes fluffy and doubles in volume.

If desired, divide the mixture (I divided it into 3 containers) and add

2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon instant coffee, and an additional tablespoon of honey if desired (because cocoa can be bitter). Mix a little and add chocolate chips.

Add 1 cup of frozen banana slices, blended in a food processor (after letting them soften for 15 minutes).

Or add blended frozen strawberries and an additional tablespoon of honey (because strawberries can be tart).

Place it back in the freezer.
