Ingredients

  • 7 pcsAloo /potatoes
  • 4 pcsTomatoes
  • 2 tspHari mirch/ red chilli powder
  • 4 medium sized Pyaaz/ onion
  • As neededMatar / pulses

Steps

    Boil potatoes, slice tomatoes and onions.

  2. 2

    Peel the potatoes, mash them, heat the oil in a pan for few mins. Cook onion and then put sliced tomatoes and cook on a sim flame till it melts and add Paw bhaji masala to it 2 spoons,1tsp red mirch and dhaniya/ coriander powder,half spoon salt to it, cook it till the masala turns orange.

    Now add mashed potatoes to it in the pan and stir it. Add adequate amount of water and leave it to cook for 5 mins on a low flame, add half butter to it as well for the flavour. After 5 min the bhaji is all ready, put some coriander leaves for appearance and serve it with the paws and sliced nimbu as per taste.
