Cheesy Turmeric popcorn
Movie and popcorn is a perfect combination . I used to make this when we want to go for a movie but our schedule don't permit that and we have to enjoy the movie at home. Super easy to make and it tastes only 10 to 15 mins and very tasty. Kids just love it.

Melt 3 tblspn of ghee in a large pot on medium heat. Add the turmeric powder, salt, the unpopped popcorn kernels and mix it well.

Now cover the pot and reduce the flame and enjoy the popping sound, shaking the pot gently a few times, until the popping slows down and then stops. Remove the pot from the heat and immediately transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.

Add the cheese powder and mix well to coat evenly.

Your cheesy turmeric popcorn is ready. Serve immediately.
