Leftover rice rasmalaai

Grind the leftovers rice in mixer grinder and make a fine paste.Add powderd Sugar and 1/2 tsp cardamon powder and mix everything well. Make flat ball from leftover rice and keep aside.

Pour milk in a kadhai. Bring it to a boil on a medium flame. Add saffron stand and keep stirring everyone few minutes to prevent burning.

Add Sugar.keep stirring. Moving aside the cream or malai that come on the top of the milk.Add remaining 1/2 tsp cardamon powder and some chopped nuts and boil.
