Ingredients

1 bowlcooked rice
1potato fried
1onion sliced
some sliced carrot
1/4 cupfrozen peas
as required ghee
1bay leaf
To taste garam masala powder

Steps

1

Take a pan add ghee add bay leaf, onion and fry then add carrot and peas and allow it to become tender,add potato and mix well.

Add cooked rice adjust salt.

Then add garam masala and switch off the flame.

Enjoy with any curry or raita.
