Rava kesari
Steps

Dry roast the rava in a pan for a minute on low flame.

In a vessel, dissolve sugar, milk, water and saffron. keep on flame and allow it to come to a boil.

Add the roasted rava and reduce the flame.

Continuesly Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.

Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

When rava is cooked, add rose essence, cardamon and raisins and cook it for another mintue untill it forms to solid .
- 7
Garnish the dish with raisins and make desig as yours choice...Serve and enjoy!
