Ingredients

  • 500 mlwhole full cream milk
  • 250 mlAmul fresh cream
  • 180 mlsweetned condensed milk or as per your sweetness
  • 1 cuphalf cut grapes
  • 1/8 tspelaichi cardamom powder
  • 2 tspFinely chopped pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1/2 liter of full cream milk,bring it to boil.and reduced to medium flame once reduced to 2/3 in between keep stirring.

    And garnish it with cut grapes pieces and chopped pistachioes.Your Angoor Rabri is ready. Serve chilled

    After that transfer them to a serving bowl and add grape pieces to make it chilled put it in the fridge.

  4. 4

    Add condensed milk & cream and cardamom powder, chopped pistachios allow the thick milk or rabri to cool completely.
