Steps

Roast rava lightly and remove aside.

Heat ghee and splutter mustard and curry leaves add chopped onion to saute.

Add slit green chillies salt,coriander powder now add washed green peas cook and covered as in 2 mins peas soften.

Now add green food colour, semolina and two cups hot boiled water for best results,cook stirring for 5 minutes.

Cover for 2 minutes remove in serving bowl,top with chopped tomatoes.Enjoy hot.
