Steps

    Parwal ko wash karke dry kar le chhelke ko chhel de bich se kat laga de fir andar se isko khali karde.

    Pani boil karein aur usme ak chutki mitha soda daley aur parwal ko 3 to 4 minute ke liye boil karein
    Ek pan me sugar or water mix karein jaise hi sugar ghul jaye parwal ko isme dal ke ek tar ki chashni banane tak pakaye

    Mava or. Coconut ko ak pan me bhun le or thanda kar le
    Ab usme sugar powder, elochi powder.badam pawder dale mix kar le

    Mawa thanda hone per parval ki stuffing karke upar se thode badam patle pale kat kar garnish karein Aur freeze me 1 ghante ke liye rakhey taki parwal thode hard ho jaye
