Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 6Tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. All dry spices
  5. 1 tspKasoori methi
  6. 1/2 cupMilk
  7. 3 tspOil
  8. Water as required
  9. Cream for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Onions and tomatoes cut into long slice. Take a kadhai and heat oil, add chopped onions and cook till then golden brown. put off the flame.

    Make a paste with brown onions and chopped tomatoes.Heat the oil in a kadhai - add onions, tomato paste and cook for 10 mint. Add all dry spices and kasoori methi and cook again for 3 to 4 mint.Add milk and water and boil.

    Cut paneer into pieces.Add paneer in boiling gravy and simmer for 2 minutes.And serve with malai.
