Mix onion and tomato with potatoes and all the mentioned masalas above in the ingredient list.

Add lemon juice and mix everything well.

Place monaco biscuits and add potato filling. Set it in round shape properly and place 1 more Monaco biscuit on top as shown in the pic.

Take some sev and rotate biscuits from sides. Enjoy this easy yet tasty sev puri with ketchup.
