Ingredients

  1. 1 packetdry mushroom
  2. As requiredCheese of your choice
  3. 2onions
  4. As requiredGarlic pods
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. Little butter or refined oil
  7. SomeGinger chopped
  8. As RequiredVegetable of your choice(optional)
  9. as neededBlack pepper powder-optional
  10. FewGreen chillies
  11. 1-2 Potatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash the mushrooms and immerse in warm water till it becomes soft.

    Meanwhile cut the potatoes by slicing thinly,chop the onions,garlic and ginger and slit the green chillies and cut the veggies.

  3. 3

    Now in a saucepan or bowl or pressure cooker pour the entire ingredients except the cheese along with some water and cover it and slow cook for around 15 mins.

    After 15 mins check if everything is well cooked and shred some cheese over the curry and cook for some more time.

  5. 5

    After sometime check the salt and voila it's ready to serve and eat.
