Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 grump steak
  • 1lemon grass
  • 2 tbspfish sauce
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar or palm sugar
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 pinchwhite pepper
  • 1 tspKao khua (thai roast ground rice)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, finely chopped lemon grass

  2. 2

    Add fish sauce, brown sugar or palm sugar, chilli flakes and white pepper. Mix well

  4. 4

    Add the steak in and marinated for at least 30 min or over night. Grilled it on the griddle pan or bbq. Rest for 15 min before cut it and enjoy 🥩
