Baked meatpie

#smallchopcontest Meatpie is one of the snacks you see whenever you attend an event been it social or an official gathering in those days.Though samosas have taken over, but it still has it's place especially during official gathering. In those days, there is this bakery in my town that sells the crunchiest meatpie that we all loved at home.I tried to figure out what they added to their dough that gives that crunchy texture and my mom as a baker guessed vegetable oil is the secret ingredient.I went off to the kitchen, tried my baking skills and viola the the recipe was born. After baking, the crust had a very crunchy/crispy texture just the perfect way I like it.It starts to melt in the mouth immediately you take a bite. You can try this, and I bet you will love it.
