Wheat is a good source of carbohydrates. I have added vegetables to it to increase the goodness of it. If your kids get board by eating regular dalia, by this way you can make them it. It's a crispy from outside and soft from inside which gives a new avatar to our regular dalia.

Put 3 cups of water to boil. When it starts boiling, add salt.

Add dalia and sooji and mix it properly so that no lumps remain. Add sweet corn and finally chopped carrots in it.

Let it get cooked properly. Add pepper powder, ginger chilli paste(if your kid don't it spicy,you can avoid it), chopped coriander and mix it well.

Grease the plate and spread the mixture to it.

Cut it into square. Shallow fry it in oil.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
