Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1+1/2 cup broken wheat
  2. 1/2 cupsooji/ semolina
  3. 1/2 cupsweet corn
  4. 4 tspgrated carrots
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tsppepper powder
  7. 1 tspginger chilli paste (optional)
  8. 2 tspchopped coriander
  9. as requiredWater
  10. 1 cupoil-for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put 3 cups of water to boil. When it starts boiling, add salt.

  2. 2

    Add dalia and sooji and mix it properly so that no lumps remain. Add sweet corn and finally chopped carrots in it.

  3. 3

    Let it get cooked properly. Add pepper powder, ginger chilli paste(if your kid don't it spicy,you can avoid it), chopped coriander and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Grease the plate and spread the mixture to it.

  5. 5

    Cut it into square. Shallow fry it in oil.

  6. 6

    Serve with tomato ketchup.
