Ingredients

  • 1Red Capsicum
  • 1/2cupdhokla batter
  • as neededOil to apply
  • to tasteSalt
  • For tempering
  • 1/4tspmustard seeds
  • 3-4Curry leaves
  • 1green Chilli,cut length wise
  • 1tspOil
  • Dhokla batter
  • 1.4cupBesan
  • 1tspSuji-
  • to tasteSalt
  • leavesLemon juice,green chilli and dhaniya
  • 2tbspCurd
  • 1/4 tspEno

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the dhokla batter adding coriander leaves green chilli

  2. 2

    Cut the top of the capsicum and apply salt and little oil

  3. 3

    Fill capsicum with dhokla batter

  4. 4

    Put it in a microwave dish.
    Add water in another microwave dish and put capsicum dish in it.

  5. 5

    Cover it with cling film.
    microwave for 15 minutes.or till the dhokla fully set.

  6. 6

    Apply little oil outside capsicum and microwave for 5miutes.

  7. 7

    Tempting
    heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. when cracked add curry leaves and green chilli. sauté for 1-2miutes

  8. 8

    Cut it into. desired pieces and pour the tempering on these pieces.
