Prepare the dhokla batter adding coriander leaves green chilli

Cut the top of the capsicum and apply salt and little oil

Fill capsicum with dhokla batter

Put it in a microwave dish.
Add water in another microwave dish and put capsicum dish in it. - 5
Cover it with cling film.
microwave for 15 minutes.or till the dhokla fully set. - 6
Apply little oil outside capsicum and microwave for 5miutes.

heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. when cracked add curry leaves and green chilli. sauté for 1-2miutes - 8
Cut it into. desired pieces and pour the tempering on these pieces.
