Zero oil green chicken
Steps

Take chicken leg pieces and make several cuts.

Grind ginger, garlic and green chilli to a fine paste.add roasted cumin powder. This is our first marination.

Apply thoroughly on each piece including cuts. Keep aside for 2 hour.

Now grind coriander leaves, green chilli, green garlic, coconut slices into a fine paste.

Add curd, roasted cumin powder, salt and lime juice and pinch of green colour. Mix well and again marinate on chicken pieces,. Let it rest for two hours.

Wrap in silver foil and steam in a steamer for 45 minutes.

Hot green chicken is ready to serve.
