Cooking Instructions

Get ready with all the ingredients. Cream butter well and add roasted crushed peanuts, Sambhar powder,Ajwain and salt. Mix well until everything is well combined.

Add sifted rice flour and baking powder to the creamed mixture. Gently mix till it forms crumbly mixture. Add milk and mix until it forms a rolling dough consistency. Flatten the dough and cut with cookie cutter.

Place the shaped Cookie dough on a baking tray. Brush milk on top of the biscuit dough and sprinkle sesame seeds. Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius and bake for 15 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
