Boil the potatoes. Chop the tomatoes finely.

Heat oil crackle jeera, add hing, green chillies. Add the chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook till tender. Add all the spices. Let the masala cook till oil separates.

Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes, a bit smashed. Now add more water for gravy. Boil for 10 mins on high flame then on simmer for 2 mins. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
