Peel and cut potatoes like French fries. Par boil for 2 minutes in boiling water. Strain well and deep fry and set aside.

Heat oil in a vessel. Add roughly chopped spring onion bulbs, salt, ginger and garlic. Saute on high flame. Add all the sauces and red food colouring. Mix well. Add some of the spring onion greens and toss on high flame.

Add 1 cup water and let boil. Prepare slurry using 2 tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp water. Add to the vessel and let it come to a boil and the gravy thickens. Now add the fried potatoes and mix well. Garnish with spring onions greens and sesame seeds.
