Kidney beans Kachori
Steps

Grind the boiled kidney beans and transfer into big bowl,than add ginger garlic chilli paste and all spices and mix well,ready filling.

Prepare a soft elastic dough with wheat flour and semolina help of water.

Take deep pan for frying..add oil and make a kachori.

Take a little dough like peda and flattering with the help of belan, then put the filling and seal all side, then fry these kachori till brown in colour both side.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce or yogurt..It's very soft and delicious in taste.
