  • 500 gpork rib
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonorange marmalade or fruit jam
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 1 teaspoongrind ginger
  • 1 teaspoongrind garlic
  • 50 mlwater
  • 4boiled eggs

    Make sweet soy sauce mixture

    Mix ribs with sauce and marinate for 10min. And put pepper to taste

    Cook in pressure pan for 12 minuets.

    Put boiled eggs and cook until the sauce is thickened.
