Ingredients

  • 1Small finely chopped beetroot
  • 1finely chopped carrot
  • 2small boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cupsoaked poha
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • 1chopped chilli
  • 1/4 cupmashed paneer (optional)
  • 1chopped onion(optional)
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala or black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsproasted jeera powder
  • 1/2 cupor little bit less wheat bread crumbs.
  • 2 tbspSemolina for covering cutlets
  • as requiredOil for shallow frying
  • 1/6 tspchat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala or black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cuproasted crushed peanuts
  • 2 tspcorn flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all ingredients (Except Suji and Oil).Mix it well.

    Make a shape of cutlet, cover both the sides with suji and shallow fry the cutlet till they turn golden brown.

    Serve with tomato sauce, chutney or mayonnaise
