Ingredients

  1. 1Small finely chopped beetroot
  2. 1finely chopped carrot
  3. 2small boiled mashed potatoes
  4. 1/2 cupsoaked poha
  5. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  6. 1chopped chilli
  7. 1/4 cupmashed paneer (optional)
  8. 1chopped onion(optional)
  9. 1/4 tspgaram masala or black pepper powder
  10. 1/4 tsproasted jeera powder
  11. 1/2 cupor little bit less wheat bread crumbs.
  12. 2 tbspSemolina for covering cutlets
  13. as requiredOil for shallow frying
  14. 1/6 tspchat masala
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1/4 tspgaram masala or black pepper powder
  17. 1/2 cuproasted crushed peanuts
  18. 2 tspcorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Take all ingredients (Except Suji and Oil).Mix it well.

  2. 2

    Make a shape of cutlet, cover both the sides with suji and shallow fry the cutlet till they turn golden brown.

    Serve with tomato sauce, chutney or mayonnaise
