Ingredients

  • 2 cupsboiled black chickpea
  • 1 cupchopped onion,capsicum, grated carrots, beetroot
  • 1 tspOil
  • to tasteSalt, black masala, black pepper, chat masala
  • Handfulcoriander leaves
  • 1-2 tbspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat up oil add all veggies and saute for some minute or until it is cooked.

  2. 2

    Now add them in boiled black chickpea mix well then add all the seasoning, lemon juice, coriander leaves. Mix well and serve.
